Yawini Island "Price Upon Request"  (Leasehold)

Yawini Island, resides atop the Yasawa Island Chain as an awe-inspiring spectacle of beauty and seclusion.  Presiding over 93 acres, Yawini pushes the boundaries of both explorative opportunity and grandeur presence, rising from the waters edge as one of Fiji’s finest Ocean oases’.

An elongated sand bar appears at low tide, connecting Yawini island to that of Yasawa I Rara in the south, allowing one to walk across its time permitted bridge, or simply to lay a blanket for a picnic and watch the reseeding tides.

Being situated in the Yasawa Islands means that it gains exposure to some of Fiji’s most spectacular weather, as Yasawa is in the sunniest and driest part of Fiji. Enjoying magnificent tropical warmth all year round, Yawini will see daytime temperatures average 28’C (82’F), while nighttime minimums average around 22’C (72’F). Ocean temperatures are also ideal, with waters averaging a sultry 26’C (79’F).

Just a short ways down the coastline is the nearby Yasawa Island Resort, recently named by Expedia as having one of the top ten beaches in the World (2010) and was voted by Trip Advisor, fifth in the World for having some of the most exotic beach destinations.  The island is accesable either by boat or helicopter and is approximately a 45 minute flight by plane from Nadi Airport.
